today: standing on the shoulders of giants
today, my wonderfully, incredibly fabulous toad stood up unaided for the very first time!!!
whilst mummy and granddad were supervising the Bathing Of The Toad, he took it upon himself to pull himself up onto his toady toes. Mummy made many excited noises and may or may not have welled up a tad, for she is so very proud of her amazing son :D
as granddad rightly said, immediately after the event, "You'll never be able to take your eye off him now!". Never a truer word spoken...
